So tonight my xbox got the RROD for the very first time which i wasnt impressed wiht because i was owning online on modern warfare 2.

But having filled out the online application form on the xbox website to tell microsoft the console is faulty i didnt realise thereafter how hard it was to actually sort out some arrangements for ups to come and pick up my console to deliver it to GERMANY like wtf!!!!.

So my question is, why does the customer service support have to suck so much why cant they just get somebody to come pick up the dead console and give you a refurbed or new one like microsoft do. why do they make us fill out stupidly hard forms for ups to come pick up stuff when they pick stuff up from companys and not general houses.

WHY DOES IT HAVE TO BE SO HARD :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil:

imo red ring of death support and repair should be free. i mean its practically their fault.
microsoft do blame themselves, they say they should of tested the products more before trying to rush them out of the door.

But c'mon microsoft why make me pay to send it back to you, why wont you send me the xbox coffin like so many other people have recieved.

fuck sake wish you had told me now lol. i so want my 360 back it asnt even been 24 hours and i miss it.

ups will now pick it up on monday so i cant get it fixed in like an hour anymore. GAAAYYY

and i heard they dont do a permanent fix. even with all those tutorials on how to fix it yourself permanently microsoft could have used that technique to repair it.
