Looks like Sledgehammer is going to try there hand at Call of Duty. They have worked on others but have never been the primary developer of any of the titles they worked on. Unlike the recent Call of Duties we will be heading back to WWII so no more jet packing your way around maps or being a robot.
However it looks like they want to try something new and head back to their roots instead of the futuristic shooters they have been coming out with for the last 6-7 years. Is it a step forward or a step back? It's probably to early to tell so only time will tell.
