As of tomorrow, Activision will be introducing Micro-Transactions to Call of Duty: Black Ops II. These transactions are completely optional and will not hinder the gameplay at all - they will instead, offer exclusive content (such as custom weapon camo) and various maps. More details below:
Personalization Packs Theme packs will be available for 160MSP that contain unique weapon camouflage, three reticules (one each for the Reflex, EO Tech, and ACOG sights) and a custom player Calling Card. The Bacon Personalization Pack for example wraps your favorite weapon in the most delicious cured meat known to man. Nuketown 2025 The multiplayer map, Nuketown 2025 will be free for everyone who hasn't already gotten it. This is definitely good news for everyone! Nuketown Zombies For those of you who missed out on the Nuketown Zombies map that came with the limited editions of Black Ops II, you can now get this map for 400MSP. Extra Slots Pack The option to purchase extra slots is also coming, for 160MSP you can get 10 more Create-a-Class slots which clocks a total of 20 if you have fully prestiged as far as you can get), extra storage for media - 20 more emblem slots, 32 more film slots and 40 more screenshot slots. Flags of the World Calling Card Packs These packs include national flag-themed Calling Cards from countries around the world. The packs are divided by geographical region and costs 80MSP per region pack.
