So the rumour-mill is again in full swing and over the course of the last six months, it appears it isn't getting any slower if anything it's getting much faster as more supposed leaks and spoilers come out about the system. Back in November Yahoo reported that Microsoft were indeed going to show off their latest console to consumers at this years CES only to be shunned by journalists and gamers alike, but it appears that maybe Yahoo were closer to the truth then what we all wanted to believe. It turns on that Microsoft's next console is actually currently at CES 2012, behind very closed and most probably locked and secured doors. The difference from the original Yahoo report is that the console is only being shown to developers as of this moment and is going by what we can only presume as the Xbox Infinity, but with a possibility of a launch name of the Xbox 365. If indeed true then this comes as no shock surprise in honesty as some developers have let loose that they have been in possession of next gen Xbox hardware since last year sometime. So you may now be asking if developers already have dev kits for the console, why are Microsoft showing more of the machine off at CES? Well the answer is simple, the Xbox Loop system that developers are supposed to have so far is only a pre release machine, its not full specs compared to what is being shown at the moment. With that said Microsoft have supposedly shown off what games look like using the new next gen Unreal Engine, games that have supposedly been shown off are at least two Shooters, one Racer, one Combat game, and one Puzzle game. And for anybody thinking Microsoft will probably ditch Kinect come the next Xbox, well if sources are to be correct it actually appears that Kinect is going to be playing a major key role within the Loop, Infinity, 365 or whatever you want to call it. Again developers have been able to see this first hand. Developers have had to sign agreements and contracts to not speak about the inevitable upcoming machine, and with all of that said it is starting to look all more likely that, at this years E3 we may actually get to finally see for the first time in many years the big three consoles all on show!
