Despite many game reviewers giving the game below expected scores, Medal of Honor
did sell very well with EA announcing 1.5 million units sold worldwide. The game has taken over the number one spot in the UK sales charts, and has been in the top five for the U.S. all week. EA is giving gamers a thank you gift for helping grow the MoH community by announcing a *free
multiplayer mode coming November 2nd.
This mode, Clean Sweep, is an elimination type mode where players must rely on their own skill and teammatesí expertise to prevail as the winning team. Two new maps will be available with this new elimination mode -- Bagram Hangar and Khyber Caves -- in addition to redesigned version of the existing Diwagal Camp and Kabul City Ruins maps.
*Note: The free DLC will only be available to those who bought the game new, or have purchased an EA online pass. Those who have bought a used copy and have not purchased an online pass will not receive this new mode.
