and Jurassic Park
A story filed by the Associated Press (google.com/hostednews/ap/artic...
reporting that Telltale Games is taking on two long-but not forgotten movie franchises and planning on telling new stories within their original framework, using the developer's known episodic adventure game style. Telltale Games CEO Dan Connors, hinted at new scenarios for each series, like a time travel trip to the 1970 in Back to the Future, while Jurassic Park might use new settings to strengthen the rivalry between men and dinosaurs.
Vice President Bill Kispert, Telltale's approach to creating games and telling stories made the developer an ideal partner, stating We were very interested in bringing them into the interactive space, but they're not exactly the kind of properties that lend themselves to the stereotypical shoot-'em-up style of gameplay.
The two games are slated for a 2010 Winter release. It will also be coming out for PS3, PC, and Wii. Besides this announcement, not much is known about the two games. With E3 around the corner, we can only hope that more information will be released! Enjoy :)
